Faizal is a member of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s prestigious panel of ‘Champions of Change for Infrastructure’. He has also been named ‘One of the Top 100 Indian Business Leaders in the Arab World’ by Forbes Middle East and was listed by Arabian Business as ‘One of the 100 Most Powerful Indians in the Gulf’. A humanitarian at heart, Faizal is the Co-founder of The Faizal & Shabana Foundation, which seeks to give back to communities by creating sustainable initiatives to build a more equitable society.

As the Co-Founder of The Faizal & Shabana Foundation, she is deeply committed to social improvement. Her hands-on role with the foundation enables her to initiate positive change by continuously striving to be a catalyst for the creation of an equitable, happier and better tomorrow.

As the second-generation leader of the privately-owned family company, Sophiya heads KEF’s corporate strategy function. She takes a hands-on approach to her role with KEF, actively evaluating new business opportunities for synergies with the company’s long-term goals that not only incorporate profitability, but also social impact. A focused and driven young entrepreneur, Sophiya embraces every aspect of carrying the legacy of the company forward – always striving to build and invest in innovative, sustainable and transformational businesses that positively impact people’s lives. In doing so, she places technology, health and wellness at the forefront of her strategic and social priorities. This involves continuously exploring avenues that will not only treat illnesses, but prevent them, as she embarks on a mission to transform the health and wellness sectors with KEF Holdings.
